We love customer feedback! After your massage, you’ll be sent an email asking you about your experience. If you’d like to tell the world how your massage went, just follow the directions in that email.
Naturally, we’re shooting for 100% perfection. Being human, we understand that sometimes we make mistakes. You’ll see that we don’t remove the rare negative review that crosses our desk.
Our software doesn’t allow us to post any of our responses. Be assured we read every one of them. If we see an unsatisfactory review we’ll reach out to the customer and make it right.
